Submitting an appointment request does not mean your appointment is confirmed. I will confirm your booking with you directly.

If you’d like to confirm availability before submitting a request, please feel free to message me first.

📱 Best way to contact me

Text message is the best way to reach me. I’m not always able to answer phone calls while I’m treating clients, looking after my family or managing the business.

I’m a small independent business, so I really appreciate your patience and respect when contacting me. Of course, genuine emergency situations are different.

🌙 Evening appointments

Evening appointments are available for female clients and existing male clients only.

🗓️ Weekends

I sometimes work on weekends, but weekend availability may not appear on my online calendar. Please message me if you’d like to check weekend availability.

⚡ Same-day appointments

Same-day appointments may occasionally be available for existing clients. Please text me to check.

❌ Cancellations & no-shows

I understand that unexpected things happen, but last-minute cancellations leave an appointment that I’m often unable to fill.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: $50 cancellation fee applies.
  • No-show: Full appointment fee will be charged.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean I’m unable to accept future bookings.

🤍 My right to decline a booking

As a small business owner, I reserve the right to decline or refuse an appointment or treatment at my discretion, including where I feel the treatment is not appropriate, safe or suitable for the client or for me.

My priority is creating a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for everyone.
